Original RHOBH cast members, Adrienne Maloof and Camille Grammer will return to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in recurring roles for fifth season!
With filming already underway on the upcoming fifth season of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, fans have been eagerly waiting to hear just who of their favorite stars will be returning. Hot on the heels of Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle Richards both confirming just last week that they’re back for more drama – joining fellow returning Housewives Yolanda Foster, Kim Richards and Brandi Glanville – comes news that two former stars are set to make their big returns.
TMZ exclusively reports that original cast members Adrienne Maloof and Camille Grammer will both be making appearances when the series hits screens later this year.
Fans will recall that shoe and accessories designer Adrienne dramatically quit the show at the end of the third season and refused to appear on the subsequent Bravo reunion episodes.
While producers had reportedly vowed never to work with the demanding 52-year-old again, they are said to feel that she and Camille are the perfect choice to fill the void left by Carlton Gebbia and Joyce Giraud and that their presence will help bolster the show’s falling ratings. Of course, Carlton and Joyce’s contracts weren’t renewed following their failure to connect with audiences upon joining the show last season.
New kid on the block! Along with the five returning full-time stars and the two bit-parts, newcomer Christine Chiu will round out the cast.
Meanwhile, 45-year-old Camille’s role was downgraded from series regular to ‘Friends Of The Housewives’ status for season three, due to a lack of interest in her storyline once her divorce from actor Kelsey Grammer was finalised.
Though having recently undergone a radical hysterectomy for endometrial cancer and been embroiled in a nasty lawsuit with ex-boyfriend Dimitri Charalambopoulos, whom she alleged beat her up following her surgery, he life has certainly become a whole lot more interesting.
On June 6, we gave you the exclusive first look at new castmember Christine Chiu
as she filmed scenes with Brandi at West Hollywood’s Vampire Lounge & Tasting Room.
While there is yet to be any official confirmation of her appointment, there was no missing the Bravo cameras as the pair’s lunch outing was captured for the show.
